That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CSSS23-024, dated December 4, 2023 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: a) That the Shareholder Report SH2023-002 and the Peterborough Housing Corporation 2022 Annual Report, attached as Appendix A, be approved; b) That the Shareholder Report SH2023-001 and the Peterborough Housing Corporation Audited Financial Statements for 2022 attached as Appendix B, be approved; and, c) That Shareholder Report SH2023-003 – Appointment of Auditors attached as appendix C, be approved.
