That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPSCOM22-004, dated June 20, 2022, of the Interim Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, as follows: That, staff be authorized to proceed as amended, as outlined in closed session Report IPSCOM22-004 dated June 20, 2022 of the Interim Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services.
